Delivery/Shipping and Returns
When will my order be sent out? If you place your order before 3:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the following business day.
How long does delivery take? We ship via premium tracked services, providing Next-Day Delivery for the vast majority of UK mainland addresses. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is processed.
Do you ship discreetly? Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, secure packaging with no mention of "peptides" or "research chemicals" on the outer label to ensure privacy and security.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to most UK destinations is £3.99, some remote areas have an additional charge which is calculated at the checkout.
Storage & Handling
How should I store my peptides upon arrival? For long-term stability, peptides should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark place. Upon receipt, we recommend refrigeration (2-8°C) for short-term use or freezing (-20°C or -80°C) for long-term storage. Avoid frequent freeze-thaw cycles.
Why is my vial vacuum-sealed? Our peptides are lyophilized and sealed under an inert gas or vacuum to prevent oxidation and moisture degradation during transit and storage.
Orders & Returns
Can I return my items? Due to the strict storage requirements necessary to maintain a >98% purity level, we cannot accept returns. We cannot verify if a product has been exposed to heat or light once it has left our facility.
What if my order is damaged? We offer a 48-hour damage claims window. If your vials arrive cracked or damaged, please email help@aminopeptides.co.uk with a photo of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
